“A Personal Book Advisor” for more than one million people in Turkey!
Boyut has its own Call Center and Customer Relations Management (CRM) with over
140 employees who are, more than sales agents who sell and promote the products
to consumers. They are also a part of Boyut’s team of “Personal Book Advisors” receiving
6.000 calls from customers everyday. Their job not only consist of assisting customers
about books, but also DVD movie sets, music, literature, and all other Boyut products
that fulfill cultural and intellectual needs of the consumer.
